ADP is hiring a Vice President, Global Strategic Client Partnerships - West Region. This critical position will serve as leadership role in the West region as a field extension of the General Management team for ADP's Global HCM Solution and Service capabilities, while driving ADP's message as a world leader in the HCM industry into the client base. The role supports ADP's largest, most complex enterprise level clients, comprised of global complex clients, across multiple geographies. Key areas of focus include leadership across the geographies and oversight of the account portfolio by his/her team. Dotted line alignment to the General Managers to properly align business strategies which deepen the client executive relationships across all regions of ADP. At ADP we are driven by your success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership Focus
* Direct management of a client partner team in our Midwest and West office
* Manage high performance team
* Develop and coach multi-cultural team across the region with limited face-to-face interaction
* Drive performance discussions and strategies to ensure goals
* Provide constructive performance-shaping feedback; execute staffing decisions accordingly
o Identification of a succession plan within the team
* Establish internal productive & strategic professional relationships with key stakeholders with assigned client accounts such as service, sales and leadership across ADP
* Oversee the team and lead in a support role
* Proactively asses and clarify the clients who are supported in the portfolio on ongoing basis with peers worldwide
* Set strategic objectives along with stakeholders across the business to establish mutual performance objectives in the assigned team portfolio
* Ensure appropriate utilization and consistent execution of reporting, tools, communications, processes, client retention and metrics
* Maintain a key global client assignment, including at least one large, complex client Competencies for Success:

* Extensive travel required. Organizational Alignment:
* Reports to the VP, Client Partnerships Education/Technical Qualifications:
* 10-12 years of directly related experience

* Proven history of individual and team results

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Country of residence; advanced degree a plus

* Minimum of 3-5 years Direct Large Global Account Management required

* Industry accreditation a plus ( ie, CPP, GPHR)

* Minimum of 3-5 years Consulting experience a plus LIEXEC
