Foundations Recovery Network’s mission is to be the leader in evidence-based, integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders through clinical services, education and research. This role will be located at our regional office in Brentwood. Foundations Recovery Network is a part of the behavioral division of UHS.

 

Job Requirements

Position Summary

Foundations Recovery Network (UHS) is seeking a talented videographer to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for all stages of video and photo collateral creation to be used on company web properties and social media video channels. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Edit and assemble final visual/audio program material; ensure consistency and relevancy to production; monitor technical quality of end product
Plan, coordinate, and provide creative direction with those involved in video interviews
Communicate details and scheduling with interviewees and staff involved in video   production
Retouch images and video when needed
Capture aerial footage with drones after proving proficiency
Capture and produce 360 virtual tours
Oversee the security, operation and maintenance of equipment utilized in shooting and editing
Upload and tag company web videos to proper YouTube and social media channels
Continuously discover and implement new filming and editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency and relevancy

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have a strong edit sense and be able to craft a compelling narrative from verbal and non-verbal material
Must have a basic knowledge of all aspects of video production, including studio lighting, basic audio sweetening, motion graphics and video encoding
Proficiency in usage of video production equipment such as digital audio recorders, wired and wireless mics, DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and editing software
Bonus points for basic animation proficiency
Highly creative with the ability to conceptualize and provide original ideas
Strong sense of design composition and typography
Must be available for occasional travel
Ability to collaborate, receive creative direction and work well with others

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 1 year directly related work experience required
Minimum of 1 year experience with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects
Must possess a strong portfolio of work that showcases cinematography, graphic design skills, motion graphics, and editing with an emphasis on selling/storytelling and attention to detail

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to be physically mobile; however, long periods of sitting will be required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Constant use of computer requiring manual dexterity.
Ability to read, write and analyze detailed and complex information.
Must be willing and able to travel (on average once or twice per month).
