<b>What You'll Do</b>
As the  Account Manager-Virtual Sales (Capital)  you will be  responsible for supporting the Commercial Account Managers in generating financing and leasing volume with Cisco Capital’s current base of Commercial accounts. You will be responsible for selling financing in the Central Area accounts in support of quarterly and annual goals. These accounts will be a part of the Account Manager’s  existing territory. Responsibilities will include, developing and implementing out-bound sales calling campaigns with customers, prospects and internal sales teams. You will review proposals and processes and procedures with customers and Cisco sales teams. The Account Manager-Virtual Sales (Capital) will provide support to the Account Manager in terms of the necessary sales functions such as pricing, credit, contracts, administration and operations. Other support activities as may be needed relating to mid and end of lease transactions. You will provide support and training to Cisco AM’s, Service Account Managers, Managers and Channel Account Managers as required. Management of internal reporting including weekly roll up of salesforce.com and other periodic reports to support and manage sales activities in the Area will be required.

<b>Who You Are</b>
You will have the following experience:
You will have a BS/BA and 3-5 year’s work experience with general finance, such as time value of money, or medium to large ticket equipment (high tech) financing preferred.  You must have the ability to foster relationships over the phone with customers and with internal sales teams. In order to be considered, one must have inside sales or sale support experience to enterprise or middle market/commercial customers.
Additional Requirements:
This position requires customer phone interactions with senior level IT and finance contacts, internal sales support functions, and interaction with various Cisco sales teams. Excellent written communication skill and strong over the phone interpersonal skills are a critical requirement of the job.
