What You'll Do

The Virtual Partner Account Manager (VPAM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of Partners from a planning, enablement perspective. This will require both a proactive approach to developing the overall business as well as being highly reactive and available in responding to partner queries and requests for information. 

Key responsibilities:

* Drive Partners revenue growth leveraging Cisco programs and be able to articulate the business benefits and how to optimize Cisco's incentives.
* Lead the optimal strategic path for each partner and offer guidance on the process of Cisco Certification achievement. 
* Educate the partners on all available sales and technical training resources within Cisco. Prepare a training plan for each partner aligned to the wider Partner Plan, and be accountable for driving execution against that plan.

Who You Are

We look for strong sales skills, adaptability and a passion for developing partner relationships and driving growth, together with excellent communication skills and a fast-paced work style.

 Our minimum requirements for this role:

* BS/BA or equivalent
* 2-5 years of business to business sales experience, IT experience a plus.
* Advanced customer relationship skills with proven sales record
* Comprenhensive sales skills ranging from cold calling to SWOT analysis to up-selling
* Effective business planning, pipeline review and resource & partner management
* Excellent Communication and presentation skills
* Experience with Social selling practices
* Fluency in Spanish and English
