Are you interested in being part of a team that coaches, mentors and develops top, entry level talent, who aspire to become the next generation of Sales Leaders at Cisco?  If you are interested…..We have a great opportunity for you to lead and develop our Cisco Associate Sellers in the early phases of their Career via our Cisco Sales Associates Program.   The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is an award-winning development program designed for top university graduates who aspire to become the next generation of sales leaders at Cisco. 

What You'll Do:

We currently have a CSAP Team Lead/Manager role available for someone who is passionate about developing entry level talent in Phase I and Phase II of our Program. The role includes coaching, and preparing our College Graduates to become Sellers at Cisco.  The on the job experience ( OJE) will include cold calling, assessed role plays, practicing value pitches, white boarding, customer engagement, deal management, selling recurring value, forecasting, learning how to effective leverage our sales tools and processes, shadowing, and mentoring. A typical day includes coaching and helping our Associates develop and strengthen their Sales skills via practice and feedback as they work through the On the Job Experience phase of our program.

 The program is composed of three phases. In Phase I, our Sales Associates learn about the latest technology advancements and solutions and how to effectively sell them via a Sales Training Boot camp.  In Phase II, our Associates further practice and develop their Sales skills through On-the-Job Experience in the Global Virtual Sales and Customer Success (GVS&CS) organization.  In Phase III, our Associates  transition into a Virtual Account Manager or a Virtual Sales Specialist role where they gain experience selling virtually to our Customers via our video technology, which ultimately helps accelerate their career towards a variety of options across our Sales Organization. You will partner with our Recruiting team to attract and hire top talent and you will design and implement on the job experiences that focuses on practicing and developing Sales Skills. 

Who You Are:

5 years of previous Sales Experience

3-5 yrs. of previous Management experience

Experience managing entry level Sellers is preferred.

BS / BA Degree or equivalent
