*Role Description*

Supervise the site Visual Inspection training program and personnel. Routine communication/collaboration with other Hospira locations to ensure common understanding and implementation of corporate procedures. Manage visual inspection training processes and improvements. Manage defect kits/library and qualification panels.



*Responsibilities*

1.Supervises the daily operations of the Visual Inspection Trainers. 2. A key player in creating, maintaining and revising the documents and processes developed to support the visual inspection program. 3.Supervises the visual inspection activities associated with the visual inspection training program, processes and commitments.4.Assures training material and methods comply with industry standards.5.Review/Approval of all training documents processed for visual inspection.



*Qualifications*

Requires excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Requires assertive, tactful, persuasive and assertive human relations skills. Requires comprehensive knowledge of GMPs, applicable SOPs and production processes, and inspection practices. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with competence in oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills. Satisfactory performance and attendance is required. Knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, and Access). Requires a high level of organizational skills, high degree of accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills, and good attendance.NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Minimal travel as required.
