Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cross - business management of Briova Specialty and Briova Infusion to achieve acquisition synergy targets across both current company assets and future potential new entities
  • Work across business partners to establish and cultivate strategic business relationships with key managed care payers, influencers, and customers
  • Develop relationships across health systems in support of sales team efforts within key markets
  • Oversee team of 6 direct reports that manage the daily payer relationships with national, regional, and local health plans and PBMs
  • Oversee the manager and team of contract coordinators that provide daily support to payers through issue resolution, contracting initiatives, and credentialing
  • Support network access adequacy needs through ensuring existing agreements and client relationships are maintained
  • network configuration and incentive - based payment models as appropriate to improve quality and efficiency
  • Direct others to resolve business problems that affect multiple functions or disciplines
  • previous experiences to product, service or process decisions that impact multiple functions and / or customer accounts (internal or external)
  • Use previous PBM / payor or pharmacy experience



Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of related experience in the health care industry
  • 8+ years of related experience handling complex payer or provider relationships with accountability for business results
  • 5+ years working in a matrix environment between network, product development, sales, and account management teams
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 3+ years of project management related experience or the demonstrated equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Medicaid & Medicare reimbursement methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience with client management and account ownership
  • Strong analytical background with working knowledge of pricing concepts, P&L management, and industry levers
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information form others, including but not limited to reimbursement policy standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others
