During the summer, the intern will work on two projects related to the roll out of quick test and learn innovation pilots as well as enhancing the member and category experience.



The intern will have to work with several cross functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, merchandising etc.) as well as with senior leadership team to help define the scope of the pilots and develop go to market strategy. Ability to deploy critical thinking and strategic acumen across a new area

Strong Analytics skills to help evaluate the right framework and strategy for the project

Understand market and consumer trends around multi-channel eCommerce.

Relentless customer focus and empathy

Must feel extremely comfortable managing multiple cross functional stakeholders

Strong written and verbal communications skills balanced with excellent analytical and quantitative skills

Ability to make speedy and smart data driven and intuition driven decisions

Strong problem solving skillsAdditional Preferred Qualifications: Build the overall strategy, assemble fact base and determine KPIs

Work with external vendors and remove project blockers
