Job Details

+ The Warehouse Coordinator directs the daily work of the warehouse operators to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties, while organizing workloads, assigning work, and reviewing results for accuracy. Acts as the technical support for warehouse operations to define and resolve problems.







+ Moves, stages, and receives warehouse materials/products, including controlled drugs, finished goods, printed and non-printed supplies, and other miscellaneous items as needed.



+ Completes appropriate documentation associated with work responsibilities including inputting and obtaining information using a computerized inventory system.



+ Safely operate the forklift and other powered material handling equipment.



+ Reviews the stock locator system to determine work needs, while providing all necessary logistical support for manufacturing business units.



+ Adhere to all SOP's, cGMPs, plant safety, quality and documentation system requirements.



+ Any other related duties essential to these operations or special assignments as required.



+ Perform other related duties as assigned or required.







+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.



+ Minimum of one year experience in a warehousing function, with one year experience of utilizing stock locator is desired.



+ Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to verbal and written instructions and plant documents; incumbent must also show strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.



+ Ability to accurately complete documentation relative to the movement of inventory; incumbent must be organized and prioritize his/her work.



+ Understanding of basic math concepts and the ability to apply them is required.



+ Ability to use and understand computerized systems-input and extract data.



+ Ability to resolve routine and non-routine problems effectively.



+ Ability to operate various types of motorized forklifts.



+ Work independently or in groups effectively.



+ Ability to work overtime as required.



+ Ability to operate and obtain certification for a forklift.



+ Ability to perform daily physical demands, lifting, pushing, climbing, stretching, and walking for an entire shift.



+ Capable of regularly lifting 50 pounds and occasionally 75 pounds.



+ Fork Lift License required within first 90 days of employment.







+ **PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**



+ Responds to visual and audible warning indicators.



+ Respond to color or special visual indicators.



+ Operate powered pieces of material handling equipment and work around moving equipment.



+ Wear specialized protective clothing (shoes/glasses).



+ Use computer terminal 6 hours/shift.



+ Stand up to 2-3 hours.



+ Sit for 4-6 hours.



+ Walk, climb stairs.



+ Lift/push



+ Repetitive use of upper extremities.
