Description:

  • Provide guidance and leadership for 10 to 14 hourly associates.
  • Kronos verification for direct reports each week.
  • Set example and lead shipping and receiving hourly personnel in a manner that achieves all safety goals and fosters a proactive environment for resolving safety risks.
  • Process owner of the internal warehouse operation.
  • Process owner of internal and outside warehouse ingredient inventories.
  • Coach AM and NWT to meet goals according to flight plans.
  • Process owner of MARS transactional processes.
  • Process owner for internal and outside warehouse FIFO and FEFO requirements.
  • Process owner of outbound shipments of miscellaneous recyclables and support of the LTL processes.
  • Process owner of all inbound deliveries, including small packages.
  • Coordination of all transportation requirements.
  • Coordination of all internal and external warehouse requirements, including layout and storage.
  • Process owner of all warehouse sanitation requirements.
  • Engage in the HSE Matrix as a team member and/or coach.
  • Create and author process SOPs and OPLs as required.
  • Drive accountability amongst hourly associates to help promote an autonomous work environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work off shifts throughout the year to cover departmental needs and objectives.
  • Provide coverage for other departmental FLL's and positions as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor's (Business/Technical) Degree or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years work experience in manufacturing or supply chain
