The Digital Solutions Group(DSG) is the liaison with the offshore technical support teams who support our internal and external users of the DSG application community. This includes Service Now tasks from clients and internal stakeholders as well as call center tickets. This role provides ongoing training and support to ensure our Turn around Time’s and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are met with our clients.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as team liaison between the business community and the Center of Excellence(COE) support team
  • Ability to effectively present information, document and communicate information related to task and issue to the COE in order for them to assist in ticket triage
  • Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Hold daily meetings with the COE
  • Complete tasks according the timelines and milestones to meet PG and SLA commitments to our clients
  • Under the direction of the Digital Solutions Partner, Manager identifies supplementary COE projects
  • Encourages offshore team inclusion and engagement.
  • Meet daily with COE team to review tasks and queue and answer any questions from team to expedite resolution
  • Respond to client’s questions and issues and provide any self-service tools or education to minimize future tasks and that encourages one breath resolution for clients
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work on several time-sensitive deliverables
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of associates, managers and clients
