PBC WMS Deployment Sr Analyst

The Deployment Associate will be part of a team with responsibility for successfully deploying a facility's WMS Configuration, Site Readiness Plan, Training, Conversion, Deployment and Hyper Care Support (includes site metric analysis and issue documentation and resolution). There will be a total of 105 PBC Site deployments by 5 Site Deployment teams with 2-3 concurrent deployments every 6 weeks. In addition to the base team member responsibilities, this role is responsible for developing, updating and delploying the training/change management program at each site

The Site Deployment Associates will play a lead role on each of 5 WMS deployment teams. In addition to having responsibility as a deployment team member, they will own the entire training and capability building process at each site.

  • Support the Test Phases of the WMS Implementation project. Responsible for application testing of all requirements in order to identify gap/fit via functional analysis and testing.
  • Support the Site Readiness execution ensuring that site is ready for deployment. Readiness checklist drives site specific work plans
  • Support the execution of the deployment cutover planning as required by Site Deployment Lead ensuring successful WMS system start up with all data and ensuring reconciliation with all PBC legacy systems
  • Develop and maintain all \"living\" documents for WMS deployment: Standard WMS Operating Procedures (SOP's), One Point Lessons, Reference materials for Fork Lift and Gui Operators. Must know documented processes and update all documents as changes and processes mature as the PBC organization gains WMS knowledge.
  • Own the coordination of training delivery as sites prepare for go-lives or new users are on-boarded to the Core WMS team
  • Support the site leadership roles specifically during deployment and hyper care phases and responsible for ensuring leadership team has the capability to manage the site after hyper-care phase
  • Significant travel required with commitment to successful deployments often requiring long work weeks and weekends


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Logistics/Warehousing experience
  • Prior ERP or System Implementation experience a plus
  • Experience developing training programs and coaching both leaders and frontline employees
  • 4 year degree in related Logistics/Technology field desired but, not required
  • Highly organized job control systems
  • Ability to travel > 60% of time
  • Willingness to learn business functions and WMS application software
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
