The **Workday Process Lead- Recruitment** is part of the Global Workday Process team, and is responsible for the maintenance of all recruitment business processes within the Workday solution and the overall service delivery model. The Process Lead will work closely with and support the Recruitment Process Architect in designing, configuring and testing Recruitment solutions. This includes configuring of recruitment related business processes, maintaining all process design documentation to reflect the current requirements in the Workday solution and overall Service Delivery Model, and coordinating with teams (the HR Service Center, Change Management, etc) to ensure all documentation (desktop procedures, job aides, training materials, etc) align to the business processes. While this Role will be aligned to the Recruitment module in Workday, the role may work on configuration in other areas as well (HCM, Talent Management, Absence, etc) as well as and across different regions depending on the work required during each of the Workday-driven and Pfizer-driven releases.


+ Configure Business Process changes in Workday, working with the Global Process Architect and the Release Management team to plan, assess impacts, prioritize and implement changes for both Workday and Pfizer-driven releases

+ Participate in user acceptance test and approvals for Business Process changes, either in coordination with the Release Testing Team for structured releases or independently as allowable

+ Escalate and work through regional and local Business Process issues with the Process Architect and regional TA Operational Leads helping to problem solve, prioritize functionality changes

+ Maintain relevant Workday business process documentation with all global and local requirements

+ Coordinate with Process Architects, Business Process Owners, and Change Management team to maintain / Develop Support Materials (job aids, FAQs, etc.)

+ Identify impacts to HR Service Center processes and documentation as a result of changes in Workday or other business processes. Includes:

+ Support implementation of business process changes in desktop procedures and process documentation with the HR Service Center

+ Maintain relevant process supporting documentation, such as manual forms, notification templates, decision grids, Service Center tools, etc


+ Strong functional understanding of the Workday solution, with an emphasis in Recruitment

+ 5+ years of WD experience and 2 years Recruitment module experience a plus

+ 5+ years experience in process design, analytical, organizational, project management and problem solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.

+ Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new system

+ Experience working with a global, virtual team and the ability to work with little oversight and direction

+ Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and partnering skills with both technical and functional end users.

+ Solution-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
