The primary focus of the Workforce Planning Manager is to ensure the implementation organization is performing at a standard and balanced capacity. The Workforce Planning Manager gathers actual data, develops trend models and projects future work effort on projects balancing the workload across the implementation business. The Workforce Planning Manager works with the Director of Workforce Planning/Operations to ensure that the ADP Implementation Organization has balanced project workload between the different teams. This individual will also have responsibility for business case development and contingency planning, developing and cultivating third party relationship, identification of trends and corresponding actions plans. The Workforce Planning Manager must demonstrate the ability to combine multiple sources of data, analyze and interpret as to create an overall position statement and to work closely with the Geography leaders, Strategy team, domain leaders, learning and performance, deal support organization and other areas. Process Management: Ensures effective use of team resources in supporting Sales, Implementation and Service Transitions. Track and manage availability of assigned resource pools. Projecting availability as well as proactively assigning projects to teams. Understanding key skillsets of the resource pool as well as the projected sales flow to determine any skills that might need to shift in the current associate population to support shifts in business need. Financial Management: Review of key skillsets and cost of service delivery. Aligning expense to value driving. Looking for opportunities to leverage resources to deliver value for roles. Analysis: Analyze key business trends to drive macro capacity plans for the Implementation organization. Build predictive models to enhance business performance over time and maximize capacity.

3-5 years of related transferable skills and / or experience aligned to demand planning and forecasting. Management experience in matrix management and oversight of highly professional organization. Prior experience interacting with Executives and leadership Strong collaboration and communication skills
