Who You’ll Work With

Partner with Sr. Director of Software Sales and his extended SW leadership team to set field priorities & strategy, drive transformational cross company initiatives, run the business, and drive execution of key growth GTM plays.  Lead a small team which delivers outsized impact on business results.   

What You’ll Do

  • Clearly articulate Sales plan to accelerate growth of SW buying programs and transition to recurring offers; deep engagement to build out priorities/actions for specific growth levers, e.g. EA Fast Start, Flip2Flex…. cross-functionally aligned
  • Drive cross organizational collaboration, alignment and execution around key strategic initiatives; operational rigor to ensure execution and impact, e.g. Sec EA strategy/process redefinition, EN licensing simplification.
  • – FY plan, forecasting, headcount & budget management, reporting, summarized competitive intelligence, QBRs etc.
  • get well plans; development and tip-of-spear implementation of critical programs, offers, and initiatives as required.
