Description **ROLE SUMMARY**

XTANDI transitioned into the Pfizer organization as part of the Medivation acquisition in the fall of 2016. It is a product that has had a profound impact in the market place, helping many prostate cancer patients. XTANDI is a key product for Pfizer and considered the "anchor" brand for Pfizer in the prostate cancer space. There is a robust marketing, medical and lifecycle plan which includes ongoing clinical trials in a number of patient populations and disease states.



This position is a key opportunity for a talented, high energy marketing colleague to assist on a number of important & innovative commercial initiatives to drive the continued growth of Xtandi. This role will play a critical role in the continued growth of Xtandi as future competitors enter the market.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ The XTANDI Sr. Marketing Manager will identify, develop, and lead execution of key XTANDI HCP tactics to maximize brand leadership

+ Contribute to the HCP promotional strategy for XTANDI's existing indication in mCRPC as well as prepare for the launch of a new indication in 2018.

+ Identify and track overall performance and KPIs for key HCP tactics to identify areas for improvement and optimization

+ Identify strategic customer insights through collaboration with medical, market analytics, field force and prescribers and translate into actionable strategies

+ Manage projects through CEP, RC, etc. to ensure impact and compliance



**QUALIFICATIONS**



+ US HCP marketing experience preferred.

+ Minimum of 5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

+ Oncology or Rare Disease experience preferred but not necessarily required.

+ Ability to quickly identify insights and develop effective strategies & tactics based on these insights.

+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills in order to help set team priorities and strategies.

+ Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries, even without direct reporting relationships.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both in 1:1 environments and larger group settings to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership.

+ Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high energy environment.

+ BA/BS - degree required.
