one Sales Assistant - Frito-Lay

This position provides primary administrative support for the Zone Sales Director, Zone Business Manager and Sales District Leaders.

The qualified applicant must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with a minimum of 5-7 years administrative experience: Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize, Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision and Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The qualified applicant must possess strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels within the organization and outside of PepsiCo: Demonstrate strong efficient Project Management Skills, advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook while maintaining discretion and a complete regard for confidentiality.


Customer Service Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling customer calls regarding promotions, discontinued products, and service issues
  • Maintaining accountability of the issue through resolution with the appropriate manager
  • Online Customer Sequencing and Maintenance (Name Changes, Ownership, History, etc.)

General Administration Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintenance of the Zone's Online File Storage system.
    • BOX
  • Leadership Team Printing Needs
    • Includes but is not limited to all printing leading up to a zone meeting
      • Product order forms by route
      • Customer deal sheets/Calendars
      • Signs
      • Price Lists
      • Order Logs
  • Creating Point of Sale Signs
    • Printing/Creating sign kits for Frontline
  • Online Tracking of Handhelds/Replacement
  • Distribution of Coupons
  • Zone Meeting Prep
    • Printing Needs (see above)
    • Meeting notes/follow up
    • Room Setup Support as needed (food, drinks, snacks, decorations)
    • Office Supplies coordination/setup for Leadership Team to take following Zone Mtg.
  • Marketing File Coordination
    • Printing of all product order forms for District Teams to deliver at zone meeting.(same as above)
    • Recap of product order forms at district and route level put into power point presentation for zone and district meetings
  • Business Object Reports
    • As needed upon request from the leadership team
  • Tracking Frontline Contests
    • As needed upon request from the leadership team
  • Daily Frontline Cash Reconciliation
  • Ordering office supplies
    • Roll up orders from Districts and order supplies to arrive for zone meeting for distribution.
  • New Hire tracker
  • Safety Training Tracker/District Meetings
  • Frontline Route Packets (Route Sales Associate information to cover vacations)
  • Plan to Make Plan Prep
    • Meeting Minutes
  • Compiling sales/expense numbers
    • Sell Max (Internal Tool)
    • BOBJ (Internal Tool)
    • TGT (Internal Tool)
    • Best of the Best Period Letters
  • Creating Internal reports for Zone Sales Director when necessary
    • As Needed
    • FD Progress/Support
      • Sales Pulls
      • Certification
      • Ordering Shirts
      • Gift Cards
      • Meeting setup
  • Other duties as required may be assigned.
